How it connects
Floor Intelligence reads a secondary video stream from compatible IP cameras (RTSP/ONVIF) in read-only mode, using a small edge box on your premises. It doesn't change your existing safety recording or monitoring, which keeps running as it does today.
Camera compatibility
Your existing camera setup must be compatible. We check it before you commit. If it isn't compatible, we can supply a full camera hardware kit, quoted separately. All cabling and electrical work must be done by your own licensed electrician. Shreem AI does not provide electricians.

Busy-hours AI voice host
Plus A$490 one-off setup. A backup for your team, not a replacement. Staff answer first. The voice host only steps in when a manager switches it on, at scheduled times such as rush hours or after close, when a call goes unanswered after about four rings or the line is busy, and optionally when the floor is nearly full. It takes bookings, adds guests to the waitlist, answers common questions, and texts a summary to your team.
Includes 300 call minutes a month. Extra minutes A$0.45 each. Works with conditional call forwarding on your existing number.
Rostering insights
Plus A$290 one-off setup. Busy-hour forecasts from your own floor data, turned into staffing suggestions for each shift. Your manager decides the roster. Insights are team-level only, never individual. Export to CSV, or connect to Deputy, Tanda or 7shifts through their published APIs.
Restaurants already on Missed-Call Text-Back can step up to the AI voice host: the A$199 text-back setup is credited toward the voice host setup. Add-ons require Floor Intelligence, except the voice host and waitlist, which can also run on their own. Prices in AUD, excluding GST.
Frequently asked questions
Will this replace my security cameras?
No. It only reads a secondary stream, and your existing recording and monitoring are not affected.
Do you store video of my guests?
No. Footage is processed on the edge box and not stored. The dashboards show only anonymous markers and numbers.
What if my cameras aren't compatible?
We check first. If needed we quote a hardware kit separately, and your licensed electrician does the installation.
Will the AI voice host replace my front-of-house staff?
No. Your team answers first. The voice host is a backup that only takes calls when you switch it on, at times you schedule, or when a call would otherwise go unanswered.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. See our refund and cancellation policy.
